Our modern RAM extrusion lines allow us to produce plastic profiles with very close tolerances. With RAM extrusion – a pressure sintering technique – we produce profiles with regular and low-stress material structure.
In addition to standard profiles such as sliding rails and guiding profiles, our customised plastic profiles are specifically extruded to suit our customers’ demands and requirements, and are used in all fields of mechanical engineering, plant engineering and apparatus engineering.

IKUFORM PE-UHMW (Polyethylene Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight) stands out for its high resistance to wear, its exceptionally high notched impact strength values and its chemical resistance, in particular against common solvents. Different from other materials such as steel or POM, the coefficient of sliding friction of IKUFORM PE-UHMW, when used as a sliding partner, is very good. Thanks to its low tendency to stick/slip, the material – in addition to the properties described above – has vibration isolating and sound absorbing effects and is therefore extremely versatile.
We use RAM extrusion, a pressure sintering technique, to produce our profiles.
